Your all-inclusive worry-free weekend retreat includes:

prices are for the entire house regardless of the # of renters

• Weekend all-inclusive- $2200
• Weekend with no food, beverages or snacks provided: $1400
• Add a night for just $300!
• There are 15 beds in the house, but you are welcome to bring air mattresses and sleep more.  A $50 food charge is all that is applied to each additional "all inclusive" weekend guest beyond the occupancy of 15.
• a $300 deposit is due within one week of making your reservation.  It is non refundable, but will be applied to your balance which is due in full no less than 30 days before arrival.   Click here to make a deposit online.
